Erika Ewacha is a motivated professional and creative individual with a broad background of experience in fundraising, event planning, organizational development, and volunteer management. She is an excellent communicator and has strong interpersonal skills. She is passionate about developing strong relationships that enable an organization to further its mission.

Erika’s fundraising experience includes working with the Canadian Red Cross, Canadian Cancer Society, and Parkinson Society of British Columbia. Other notable positions include Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce in Terrace, BC and Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber of Commerce in Prince George, BC. While at the Terrace Chamber of Commerce she built up the membership with an increase of 30% in less than three years.

Erika lives with her husband and two young children on Quadra Island, BC. Free time is spent capturing the beautiful area through photography or in the kitchen baking.
