Caroline Banadar is a consummate professional with over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector with the last 17 years focused primarily in fund development. Before joining PGgrowth, Caroline was part of the team at Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School, an independent school in Okotoks, Alberta, for 15 years. As their Director of Advancement, she supported and surpassed a $27 million goal for a comprehensive campaign. Her accomplishments and experiences include all aspects of fundraising including campaign fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, leadership, volunteer management, communication and marketing and relationship building. Caroline is passionate about building strong and authentic relationships to meet mission and vision of an organization.
Her previous volunteer roles include CCAE Independent School Summit Program Committee Member, Chair of the Osteoporosis Canada Alberta Chapter, Chair of the AFP Sponsorship Committee for the 2007 National Philanthropy Day, and President of the Big Sisters of Calgary.
She holds a B.A. from the University of Calgary and a Non-Profit Management Certificate from Mount Royal University.
