Cancellation policy for Community Circle of Support
PGgrowth will issue a refund before the first day of sessions, less a $20 processing fee.
Registrant substitutions: Individual programs purchases are intended for one individual at a time. Substitutions are not possible.
Cancellation policy for organization and individual Premium Resource Membership:
PGgrowth will issue a refund within 15 days of purchase, less a $20 processing fee.
Registrant substitutions: Individual memberships are intended for one individual at a time. Substitutions are not possible.
Organizational memberships are intended for multiple individuals and new individuals can be added at anytime. Please be aware that there may be a delay of several business days to add additional members.
PGgrowth reserves the right to cancel any live virtual event or substitute presenters for any reason. If PGgrowth cancels an event, they will send a notice to the registrants and offer an alternative date.
